1. How to Measure: Your Guide to Accurate Sizing
To get the most accurate fit, we recommend using a flexible measuring tape. Follow these simple steps to measure:
- Chest: Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms and across your shoulder blades. Keep it snug but not too tight.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, the narrowest part of your torso, generally a bit above the belly button.
- Hips: With feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 7-9 inches below your waistline.
- Inseam (for pants): Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to the bottom of your ankle. This will help ensure your work pants are the perfect length.

The bands we use all supply sizing charts, and you can find these on the listings under the photos of the garment. But as a rule of thumb these are standard sizes:
